Hazy DIPA • 9.4% ABV • Golden yellow with a haze as heavy as St. Edward's Crown, this Hazy DIPA features a Nectaron hop-driven white gummy bear aroma bold enough to fill a Boeing 747. We used a Riwaka charge the size of a baby giraffe to impart a bitter balance of sweet pink grapefruit and lime zest, along with 800 pencil erasers-worth of Galaxy hops for a guava-soaked tropical base. Full bodied with a buoyant carbonation that would lift a golf ball.
