The Funky Virtue has been a staple of our barrel program since its inception. The base is our 3rd Virtue Belgian Tripel that was aged in oak barrels with Brettanomyces for over two years. Once ready a healthy dose of both sweet and tart cherries were added and allowed to ferment dry. This complex beer is full of spicy, earthy brett character and bright cherry pie notes. 2019
