Dry hopping is a way for brewers to add more hop flavour and aromatics to a beer without bringing extra bitterness to the party, so it follows that doubling this process levels up the sensory adventure. In this DDH Pale, we've extracted flavours from the rest hops (Crystal and Cascade hop cones) and then used cryo-hops and hop extract (Simcoe & Citra) plus regular hop pellets (Centennial) during fermentation to bring you a hugely exciting, juicy, flavour experience.
