A blend of lambics, made together with Uli. Aged on fifferent barrels, bottled and only available to taste at the brewery with the brewers. Only exception was Sour Sunday in august 2016 at Bierhalle Deconinck and NaparBCN Sourfestival in october 2016 in Barcelona.
