This Hazy IPA was designed, brewed, and packaged all by our own awesome cellar team! Cellar Monkies is fermented with a different blend of expressive yeast with a light Citra addition in the kettle. They then dry hopped it with a generous amount of Citra Lupomax, Citra, and Enigma!
