Пиво Simcoe & Ahtanum Foudre Beer - Cloudwater

A 2 year foudre-aged ale heavily dry hopped with 24g/L of Simcoe and Ahtanum. The hop and wild yeast bio-transformation has created a wild IPA with rich citrus, tropical and slightly funky flavour.

Very mild bitterness, with lime, lychee and papaya hop aroma. Smooth and easy to drink.
