What better way to celebrate the seasonal summer strawberry harvest than with our friends from Dominion City Brewing Co. in Ottawa!⁠ As an ode to the best of summertime, we created an IPA with strawberry and basil - a pairing balanced with heaps of fruity Mosaic and Strata hops to give a beautifully unique melange of flavours.⁠
