Das Schneeglöckchen, auf englisch Snowdrop, überwintert unter der Schneedecke und nutzt als Frühblüher die erste stärkere Sonnenstrahlung im Jahr, um sich zu zeigen. Ein passender Name also für unser süffiges Frühlings Pale Ale, das zur Jahreswende gebraut wurde und den kalten Jahresbeginn über in den angenehm warmen Tanks gereift hat. Reichlich gehopft mit den amerikanischen Hopfensorten Idaho-7 und Simcoe lockt es mit Mango-, Grapefruit- und Maracujanoten. Ohne Röstmalze und nur mit leichter Bitterkeit konzentriert es den Geschmack auf die Frucht. ------------------- The snowdrop hibernates under the snow cover and, as an early bloomer, uses the first stronger sunlight of the year to show itself. A fitting name, then, for our drinkable Spring Pale Ale, which was brewed at the turn of the year and matured in the pleasantly warm tanks throughout the cold beginning of the year. Richly hopped with American Idaho-7 and Simcoe hops, it entices with mango, grapefruit and passion fruit notes. With no roasted malts and only slight bitterness, it focuses the flavor on the fruit.
