This beer is one of a three way release in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops. They have a new incredibly exciting hop product called YCH 301, which we first used in Software Update Needed. YCH 301 are fresh hops that have been flash frozen minutes from the vine, that have gone through Yakima Chief's patented Cryo Hops® process, removing leaf matter to give an unkilned, lupulin-rich fresh hop pellet. Fresh Citra still packs a lemon, lime and lychee punch. We also find some fresh cut grass and sweet cantaloupe melon.
