Something Good is a rotating IPA series where we explore new ingredients, techniques and processes with the hope of hitting on something good... enjoy! For the 10th iteration of our Something Good series, we dry hopped with two of our absolute favourite hops (Simcoe and Motueka) at a low temperature (zero degrees). A small percentage of biscuit malt gives the beer balance while Simcoe and Motueka deliver a medley of mango, lime, peach and plenty citrus and tropical vibes. Bright, clean and juicy!
