Ale brewed with cherries aged in Bourbon barrels. Inspired by the success of "Sour Me This", our first production sour, we've decided to use the base brew as a canvas to play with adventurous fruit additions, flavorful dry-hopped selections, and whatever else inspires us. Sour me Manhattan is the result of aging our base in Bourbon barrels with sweet and sour cherries to emulate a new take on the classic cocktail. Clink!
