-Brewmaster's Collective Exclusive- We gave our beloved blond barleywine an island twist by aging it in equal parts rum and rhum agricole barrels. While rum is distilled from molasses, rhum agricole is distilled from fresh-pressed sugarcane juice on the island of Martinique. The seaside island terroir creates expressive briny ocean and grassy cane notes that mingle with molasses, bananas, and pineapple—further conditioning on toasted coconut layers on even more tropical flavors.
