You'll either love it, or scream "Marshmallows don't belong in beer!". Poured cold, the initial aromas are citrus zest and candy store sweetness. Then a burst of flavour combining custard cream biscuit and juicy, citrussy hops. Vanilla and toasted coconut are the main source of those marshmallow flavours/aromas. Also playing a role are the fruity HBC 630, El Dorado and Hallertau Blanc hops used moderately to dry hop this IPA. Despite the "suggested" sweetness, it leaves the palate dry with a lingering citrus bitterness pertinent to an IPA. Weird? Well, you know, when things get weird, the weird get... LUSH!
