Our very first beer recipe back in 2010. It is inspired by the Great Ale tradition, yet suit for the tropical climate of Phuket, the Andaman treasure is brewed by using floor-malted Maris Otter, an increasingly rare artisanal practice in producing malt today. Submerged in a rich malty aroma and flavor, with a soft biscuit and caramel touch, wrapped up with an espresso finished.
