It’s rare to see their stunning beers outside of the US so we brought the Florida sunshine over to Galway Bay Brewery with Phaethon, our kick-ass tropical IPA. Taking advantage of Cigar City Brewing’s expertise with tropical flavours and adding Galway Bay’s desire to bring modern American beer styles to Ireland, this beer is a true example of what can happen if you give two hugely creative brewers complete free reign.
