Oðblgshezi (OTH-BLEG-SHEH-ZI) was brewed with Extra Pale Pilsner malt and tastefully hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Taiheke, one of our favorite New Zealand hop varieties. Oðblgshezi was then fermented low and slow with a traditional Kolsch strain, and lagered for many moons to achieve a bright and lively crusher of a beer that tastes of zippy citrus and freshly scythed grass, and really brings that crispy cracker crunch that we love in this style.
