The Reisch family has a long and storied history in Illinois beer, at one point brewing over 100,00 barrels a year in Springfield. The Reisch Brewery closed in 1966 but Patrick Reisch has continued the family tradition here at Goose Island. He created this beer for guests at his wedding and now he is sharing it with you. Enjoy!
