In October 2005, Guinness announced the Brewhouse Series, a limited-edition collection of draught stouts. Guinness Toucan Brew is a great product that has all the characteristics you would expect from Guinness Draught, but the triple hopped brewing technique delivers a smoother, crisp taste that invigorates the palate. The other two beers in the series were: Brew 39 - Had the same alcohol content (ABV) as Guinness Draught, used the same gas mix and settled in the same way, but had a slightly different taste. North Star - Brewed using lightly blended malts to produce a silky, well-rounded finish, it is a pint of rare distinction that is named in honor of the Brewer’s Star.
