Kettle soured with Lacto. Dry Hopped with Citra and Galaxy. Brewed in collaboration with Pitt Street Brewing out of Greenville. This has a strong tartness that is complemented very nicely by the bright lemon and grapefruit flavors from the hops. The perfect beer to kick off the summer with!!
