Azacca hops, named for the Hatian god of agriculture were the primary hop used in this beer, along with just a touch of Amarillo and Cascade. This lemon colored Session IPA, toting a low ABV of 4.4%, has a distinct hop aroma. Notes of grapefruit, mango, peach, tangerine, and pine are evident at first sniff. It has a clean, light body with citrusy hop flavor notes. The beer finishes with a distinct hop bitterness in the finish, indicative of an IPA, but light enough to not overwhelm the low ABV and light body of the beer.
