4th anniversary stout. Pours deep black with just a hint of ruby on the edges of the glass, with a cafe au lait colored foam. Dark caramelized sugar and roast coconut aromatics. Sweet on the tip of the tongue, then a pleasant bitter-sweet dark chocolate silkiness on the back of the palate. Full bodied semi-sweet finish. Brewed with English pale base and copious dark roast and caramel barley and oats. Fermented with English ale yeast.
