A farmhouse ale originally brewed to celebrate China's Mid-Autumn festival. On the nose, this beer features the sweet Osmanthus flower (Gui Hua, a traditional mooncake ingredient). Earthy, peppery undertones of Sichuan peppercorn mingle with sweet malt for a silky mouthfeel and an off-dry finish.
