In keeping with the philosophy of the Brewers at Play series, this collaboration with HONESTBREW and YAKIMA CHIEF HOPS trials a new hop blend against a background of slightly contrasting hopping techniques. In both 18.1 and 18.2 we’ve combined the experimental blend, CryoPopTM, with better-known varieties, Mosaic® and Sabro®. 18.1 uses more traditional late- and dry-hopping techniques while 18.2 uses a newer dip-hopping concept.
