We took the Wilco Tango Foxtrot, our malty, robust, brown ale and threw it into some red wine oak barrels with a few different Brett yeast strains for 30 FREAKIN' MONTHS, giving it a tart and funky bite with a smooth and malty backbone. WTF, indeed!
