We’ve been really enjoying sparkling meads, especially pyments. Gran Rose is the next bubbly beauty, made with Black Muscat grapes from California and Starthistle Honey from northern Michigan. Not too sweet, not too dry, Gran Rose has subtle tannin and berry notes from the black muscat grapes, balanced with the slight spice and floral notes of Starthistle honey.
