Inspired by the Scandinavian country side, this Nordic IPA takes a step back in time by using earthy flavored herbs found though-out the Scandinavian counties. Our Nordic IPA was made with juniper berries and rose hips and then accompanied by Challenger, Saaz, and Nugget hops. When they are all combined together you get a beer that is pleasant, earthy, and herbal.
