Homebrewer Jeff Muse won a ramp up at Millpond for his Belgian Dubbel at The Ferm Homebrew bottle competition. We put him to work brewing his deep reddish-copper Belgian Dubbel with us. You will find flavors of rich malt, complex ester and phenols interact providing dark fruit, raisiny, and slight pepper spiciness, it is highly carbonated, and finishes pleasantly dry.
