This is the next release in what will now be a rotating label for our smoothie-style sour ales. We added over 2,500 pounds of fruit to our strong sour base, resulting in a super-expressive beer that tastes like a fresh fruit smoothie! The milk sugar adds a little sweetness and the nearly 300 vanilla beans that went in this beer help bridge the fruit flavors and adds a bit of a dessert edge to the beer. We hope that you will enjoy this batch as much as the first!
