When our friends at The Neighbourhood asked us to make them a house craft beer, we knew that we wanted to make something unique. Our very first lager, it's our take on a traditional Japanese Superdry. Inspired by a Vienna Lager, this beer is crisp with a slightly darker color than a pilsner and a bready, malty backbone. Brewed with gạo huyết rồng (dragon's blood rice) to balance the light flavor, it's got a dry bitterness to balance the extra flavorful malts and rice, and it's a perfect pairing with The Neighborhood's assorted medley of East and Southeast Asian dishes. Impossible to order just one.
