Пиво Frances (Blend #3) - Perennial Artisan Ales

Frances Blend 3 is a 100% barrel fermented saison, fermented entirely with yeast captured in South City St. Louis back in the spring of 2015. Brewed on September 24th of 2019 where it fermented and aged in French Oak barrels until September 27th of 2021. Frances was packaged into green glass bottles on October 8th 2021 where it has been conditioning since. This saison is an expression of time, care, and evolution; three things monumental in cementing love.
