Giant Steps Blend 5 features Vignoles grapes grown by our friends at Chandler Hill Vineyards. Thirteen month old barrel fermented saison was racked onto 300lbs of cold soaked and pressed Vignoles where it fermented and aged on the grapes for three weeks - before being racked back into oak, where it aged for an additional eight months.
