Пиво Sump (2021 Variant) Ethiopia & El Salvador - Perennial Artisan Ales

Two distant beans (from El Salvador and Ethiopia) are roasted and then united to deliver a punchy riff on Sump. Notes of vanilla, graham cracker, and red berries mingle with the stout base. Chocolate is less pronounced but the earthy, woody foundation stands resolute. The beer finishes with a kiss of brightness from the brief impression of anise liquor and cold apple wedges.
