Every year for Brownie Bash, we make an extra special brownie for our brewery friends that make the long trip to Atlanta for Brownie Bash! We pulled Brownie Batch #2 in a Weller Antique Bourbon barrel for 29 months and Brownie Batch #3 in a 17 year Heaven Hill cask strength bourbon barrel to make the blend. We partnered with our neighbors, Gracious Plenty, who roasted macadamia nuts and made macadamia nut cookies, along with Papua New Guinea vanilla, white chocolate, muscadavo sugar to emulate a macadamia nut cookie/brownie hybrid. Bourbon soaked chocolate lady fingers, dusted with creamy and buttery macadamia marzipan, lathered with sweet white chocolate ganache. Bottle dipped in gold wax
