Do you really wanna be sober in October? This beer is a 2nd saison in our "Four season's saison" series that represents autumn. We add huge amount of blueberries and raspberries in our sour saison. What an amazing violet color! Saison yeast gave wine and raspberry-like aroma, mixed with blueberries and raspberries and really nice tartness makes a really cool blend. We are happy to say it has very nice fruity, spicy and wine-like taste perfect for a beautiful time of year - autumn! After reading this, do you really wanna be sober in October?
