We filled a WhistlePig Boss Hog Armagnac Rye barrel with Straight Jacket and after 6 months transferred the beer to two Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. We then blended in a touch of Very Special Old Ryeway we'd had aging in Woodford Double Oak barrels since late 2016. The result is a madman dripping with French and American oak, rye spice, bourbon flavor, barley sweetness, and two years of malt-transforming maturation. Crazy? Awesome? Crazy Awesome.
