Citra Flash Mob is an India Pale Ale brewed with predominantly Citra hops along with a very small amount of Amarillo and Simcoe to round out the rough edges an all Citra IPA can sometimes have. This aromatic and refreshing India Pale Ale has a deep straw color with minimal sweetness and a moderately bitter finish. Citra Flash Mob IPA displays dominant citrus notes (orange, grapefruit, lime, and lemon), moderate stone fruit (peach), moderate pine, moderate tropical (pineapple), and low cantaloupe notes.
