An ultra-dry lager with generous kettle hopping of both German Saphir (spicy, berry, citrus, herbal) and New Zealand Motueka (citrus, pineapple, stone fruit) which contributes to a fruity, citrus aroma with a clean, crisp finish. The name is a play on the Mel Brooks parody film Space Balls, where the heroes get stranded on the desert moon, where they encounter the wise Yogurt, who teaches Starr about the metaphysical power known as "the Schwartz". Meanwhile, Spaceball commanders Dark Helmet and Colonel Sandurz lead the search "To Comb The Desert" for them, but are hindered by their own incompetence.
