Vanilla Imperial Each Beast A God is an Imperial version of our double stout with coffee (this time also with Madagascar vanilla beans). Brewed with oats and a variety of dark malts, this time we used the base stout recipe from our Bestowed Imperial stout series. We rested this beer on a huge load of Madagascar vanilla beans and Peruvian coffee from @morningroastinc. It's a creamy, full-bodied stout with plenty of fruity coffee notes and a luxurious hit of vanilla. To layer as much complexity into the beer as we could, we added both a cold brew concentrate and whole beans to the beer after fermentation. The end result is a rich, complex stout into which we put a lot of pride, passion and consideration.
