Say hello to our first-ever rye brew: Ryu (what else?). We’re ditching hop-forward this time around after a few recent pale beauties from the Tiny Batch factory. We’ve planned on digging out some rye malt for too long, and early testings of the beer named after one of the greatest fighters in video game history says this is a well overdue brew. With early notes of spice on the nose and pallet where the rye malt shines through, this deep amber beer dishes out an unsuspecting subtle Jester hop hit making for a knockout combo.
