Big Money starts with a very mild but incredibly pleasant floral and spicy hop aroma. It's a beautiful shade of pale gold, with a fluffy and creamy long-lasting white head. It's clear-cut maltiness thanks to the Ireks malt from Brew Culture makes you think it's sweet, but as it washes over, it's fully attenuated and dry. Whispers of fresh bread crust and an appropriate amount of hop flavour are complimented by moderate bitterness.
