Double India Pale Ale brewed with Cryo Citra and Cryo Sabro hops and Lupulin Lotus Powder. You’ve likely noticed that we LOVE going mad scientist with our Advanced Fluid Dynamic series. Not only are we a huge fan of its tropical/coconut/citrusy base, but we’re STOKED to find different ways to crank up the fruitiness even more. In the past we’ve released fruited variations, we recently added Phantasm powder to a batch, and this time we’re tweaking the hop bill by using…drum roll please…CRYO HOPS! But what is a cryo hop? The short version is it’s a hop that has been processed at an extremely low temperature to remove all of the vegetal matter and non-useful elements. The result is a super condensed hop pellet that is absolutely overflowing with flavor and aroma. In this case, the Citra, Sabro, and Lotus combo means that we’re dialing up the familiar tropical flavor explosion you’ve come to know and love.
