Siemàn

Italian real farmhouse brewery located in Berici Hills, near Vicenza. We are three brothers, and "Siemàn" means "six hands" in our local dialect. We grow vineyards, we produce natural raw wine, we produce sour and wild beers using our local ingredients, in particular our grapes. All beers mature in oak barrels and are mixed fermented by our indigenous yeasts and bacteria.
