Пиво Hefiroth - 8-Bit Brewing

A unique wheat ale. Our head brewer can't drink hazy beers for medical reasons, so he made a german style hef then brewed it with an american clean fermenting yeast and then cold conditioned it for twice as long to give it a crystal clear finish. The wheat flavor still comes though but without the traditional banana flavors often accompanies by the style.
