Compelled by some fire inside our brains, we assembled an A-team of hops, yeasts and malts. Introducing Fever: a DDH IPA with an invulnerable set of ingredients. Fever’s a cloudy IPA with a blend of Vermont yeasts from New York. American hops like El Dorado & Simcoe went in too for the double hopping, and Citra & Mosaic were added in for a lupulin finish. The flavour leans towards citrus and the tropics, with oatmeal paired with Viennese malts adding a silky softness to taste. A fever for every evening.
