Dreaming of a perfect lime pie, we challenged our buds from Green Street Brewery: who can capture the flavour that captivated 19th century America? On that very spring day, March 8th, we added lime puree to Yella and hopped it up with Idaho Gem, our latest botanical discovery. This opaque, slightly sour and bright-lime Milkshake IPA is our adaptation of the classic Florida cake recipe. To the envy of Floridians everywhere, we rolled up with our version of the pie in a can.
