We've been honing our technique for our DIPAs and this beer expresses everything we've learned so far: our signature grist incorporating large portions of wheat and oats, cryo-hops utilised during fermentation to accentuate biotransformation, plus a hefty two part post fermentation dry hop with T90 and BBC to complete the hop profile. Hops: Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra.
