A house style IPA showcasing experimental hop variety HBC 638 which brings layers of tropical fruit as well as notes of cherry and boiled candy. We thought this would pair really well with Mosaic and Motueka to really amp up the tropical aromas and provide a tiny bit of dank underneath.
