When we first sampled Talus hops - they were known as HBC692 back then - we were blown away by the aromas, which seemed to combine the best of every hop we love: there was tangerine, sweet grapefruit, fruit bubblegum, juicy pineapple… the list of descriptors went on and on. Excited to use this hop again, this time in collaboration with @Duckpondbrewing, together featured it here alongside two other, big juicy hops: Mosaic and Idaho 7. The result, we hope you find, is a juicy fruit bowl of hop flavour in a sticky double dry-hopped IPA.
