We took our favorite IPA, Relax, and gave it a little terpy tweak. Fermented with an experimental yeast from Berkeley Brewing Science that contains hop-like terpenes, and then filtered it in the classic West Coast style, Settle Down reveals notes of lemon drops, crushed herbs, and grapefruit zest.
