Пиво Pop Pop - Shared, Sante Adairius Rustic Ales

A collaborative IPA brewed with our great friend Tim “Pop Pop” Clifford of Sante Adairius Rustic Ales in Santa Cruz / Capitola California. We wrote this IPA recipe and conceptualized the label during quarantine, separated by a thousand miles, while standing in our walk-in cooler staring at our new hop selections. Brewed with “Pops” of kettle hop additions at 60, 10, 5 and 0 minutes and dextrose for that SARA-style bitterness and dryness but dry-hopped with an excessive amount of Galaxy, Citra and Simcoe hops, we merged what we both love into this SARA-style IPA brewed by Shared.
